Overall Purpose of Role The role is to manage the transport administration by supporting the operation with all sub-contractor queries to ensure that the DX Service Centres are supported to deliver a service in line with Customer Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators. The successful candidate will support fee earners within the conveyancing team, assisting with the day-to-day management of sale, purchase, remortgage, and transfer/assent files, while delivering a high standard of client care.
