Job Duties: Team Management Support the Store Manager and 'act up' to Store Manager role in their absence. Strong team building, leadership and managerial skills, such as giving feedback to store associates regarding work performance on an on-going basis, recruiting, hiring, and performance management. Training employees in sales, stocking, inventory, customer service, being a cashier, and other relevant skills.
