About the Role• Provide effective clinical leadership to Forensic Practitioners and Healthcare Professionals. • Ensure high-quality, patient-focused care while meeting client KPIs., • Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for service enhancement., • Oversee staffing levels, skill mix, and compliance with operational standards., • Act as a role model and mentor, promoting professional development., • Coordinate healthcare pathways for individuals that come into contact with the criminal justice process., • Maintain a strong, on-site, presence and communication with staff, patients, and external stakeholders., • Provide effective clinical leadership to all Forensic Practitioners and Healthcare Professionals, focusing on professional development issues., • Ensure that the delivery of services is within the budget forecast for their custody., • Ensure that high-quality, evidence-based, patient-focused care is provided to all patients., • Respond appropriately to capacity demands and patient dependency requirements, using professional judgement to ensure safety at all times., • Act as a role model and teacher to all members of staff sharing best practices. Ensure that all staff are compliant with MAST requirements at all times., • Give expert advice, support, and information to police, HCPs, and Forensic Practitioners, being aware of psychological/emotional needs and responding accordingly., • Oversee the management of Clinical Leads, HCPs, FMEs, and Forensic Practitioner teams within area of responsibility, ensuring effective rostering of staff. Desirable: • Previous experience working in secure or police custody healthcare environments., • Project management experience
