As our portfolio and investor base continue to grow, we are seeking a Real Estate Investment Analyst to strengthen our analytical and financial evaluation capabilities. The Role The Real Estate Investment Analyst will play a key role in assessing property investment opportunities and supporting data-driven decision-making across the company’s investment activities. You will be responsible for evaluating potential acquisitions, building financial models, analysing refurbishment strategies, forecasting investment returns, and monitoring the performance of properties within the portfolio. This role combines financial analysis, market research, and collaboration with the acquisitions and property management teams to ensure that investment decisions are commercially sound and aligned with company growth objectives. Key Responsibilities • Conduct financial modelling and investment analysis for residential property opportunities., • Assess property acquisitions using market data, comparable analysis, and return projections., • Prepare detailed investment appraisal reports and financial forecasts., • Analyse refurbishment and development budgets to ensure cost efficiency and profitability., • Monitor financial performance across the property portfolio and produce performance reports., • Support due diligence processes for property acquisitions and refinancing opportunities., • Research UK property market trends, rental demand, and regional investment potential., • Work closely with internal teams involved in property sourcing, refurbishment, and management., • Assist with the preparation of investor reports and presentations. Requirements • Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field., • Strong financial analysis and modelling skills., • Knowledge of property investment strategies and real estate markets., • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools., • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail., • Excellent communication and report-writing skills., • Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and collaboratively. Role summary We are looking for a GDC registered Dental Technician to maintain and grow our highly regarded orthodontic team. Experience / Responsibilities • Fabricate and repair orthodontic dental appliances according to dentist specifications.
