As part of our expanding Design Team, you’ll support the Technical Design Manager in producing accurate Revit drawings and layouts for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (M&E /MEP) and building services. This includes HVAC, gas, electrical, water, and waste systems for high-end commercial kitchens and bars. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Revit experience who wants to develop expertise in Building Services design and BIM workflows. Key Responsibilities: • Produce accurate Revit drawings for commercial kitchen installations, • Assist in coordinating M&E and building services (ventilation, gas, electrical, water, waste), • Attend site meetings and carry out surveys under supervision, • Maintain technical documentation throughout project stages, • Ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations, • Collaborate with the Technical Design Manager & wider Design Team to meet client specifications The Fit: We’re looking for someone who is: • Technically minded with good spatial awareness and attention to detail, • Eager to learn about Building Services design principles, • Organised and methodical in your approach, • A good communicator and team player, • Comfortable working with digital design tools, • Experienced in Revit!
