Job Type: Full-Time What You'll Do: Be the face of Baaria: Give guests an amazing experience with attentive, friendly service that feels natural and fun. Know the menu inside out: Get to know our Italian-inspired dishes and drinks so well you can recommend them like a pro. Be a drink master: Learn to prepare and serve classic Italian aperitivi and cocktails, making sure every drink hits the spot for our guests. Spread Italian vibes: Share our story and bring Baaria’s spirit to every interaction. Team up: Work seamlessly with the team & support each other to keep things running smoothly, like one big Italian family. Keep it tidy: Maintain a clean, organised environment so it’s always ready to welcome guests (and makes life easier for everyone). What We're Looking For: Experience: At least 1 year as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role. Italian passion: Enthusiastic about Italian culture, food, and cocktails - you’re ready to bring that energy to our team. People skills: Friendly, upbeat, and ready to engage with guests. You’re all about making people feel welcome. Dependable: Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Team player: Punctual, reliable, and ready to roll with a fast-paced vibe. Italian know-how: Familiarity with Italian aperitivo traditions and classic cocktails is a plus (but if you’re eager to learn, we’ll show you the ropes).
