Skills, Qualifications & Experience • Proven experience in business development, sales, or commercial growth roles., • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills., • Ability to identify opportunities, develop partnerships, and support revenue growth., • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends., • Experience within the beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or retail sectors is highly desirable., • Strong organisational skills, time management, and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously., • Professional, proactive, and commercially focused approach to work., • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
