As a key player in the management team, you will assist the General Manager in recruiting, training, and coaching your team. Creating an amazing experience for our customers. Service and standards are your number 1 priority. Thereafter managing a hospitality business through stock takes, rotas planning and cost management. You will be responsible for maintaining our venues to the highest standards and delivering amazing results through people. Starting Salary £29,500pa Increase of +£2kpa in year 1 on completion of your training.
