HR Manager, Newcastle (Hybrid working) Salary up to £55,000 At Jackson Hogg, we’re all about building strong, trusted relationships in the STEM sector. We’re looking for an HR Manager to join our HR Partnership team and help us keep delivering top quality service to our clients. Responsibilities will include (but not limited to): • Overseeing all aspects of HR service delivery, from onboarding to strategic advice, ensuring we stay aligned with client expectations and deliver quality results., • Working closely with the Associate Director to take charge of client management, implementation, and service delivery., • Leading and supporting a fantastic team of HR specialists, helping them tackle everything from routine tasks to major strategic HR projects. This role is perfect if you’re someone who enjoys variety and is ready to adapt as our service grows and evolves. Your Day-to-Day: • Ensure HR services are delivered on time, on budget, and to the agreed standards., • Set up and manage systems to improve our service delivery and make the client experience even better., • Plan and track time and resources, helping us improve future models and cost structures., • Provide support and guidance to your team, acting as a senior advisor., • Keep everything running smoothly by ensuring we meet compliance requirements, from data retention to handling sensitive information., • Take on client requests across the full HR spectrum, whether it's a small admin task or a big strategic challenge., • Regularly check in with clients to make sure they’re happy and look for ways to improve their experience with us., • Develop training, resources, and new HR initiatives to support both our team and our clients., • Get involved in bigger HR projects, from employee relations to health and wellbeing strategies. Criteria: • Solid HR Leadership Experience, ideally in a senior role or consultancy., • A deep understanding of UK HR laws and best practices., • A proven track record in managing HR teams and delivering great client service., • A commercial mindset with experience balancing operational and financial goals., • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills – you know how to build trust fast., • Confidence handling complex employee relations cases and leading on strategic projects., • Experience with HRIS and Microsoft tools, linking data with HR processes, • A degree in a relevant field and Level 7 CIPD qualification (or equivalent), plus Chartered Member status of CIPD.
