    Salary: £53,000 per annum Location: Unit 1, 288 Ilford Lane, Ilford, Essex, IG1 2LP Employment Type: Full-time 37.5 Hours per Week Role Overview PROTECH SG LTD seeks to appoint a Recruitment Manager to support its expanding workforce and ensure full compliance with its obligations as a licensed sponsor under the Skilled Worker route. The role is central to the organisation’s operational growth, workforce planning, and adherence to UKVI sponsor duties, including right-to-work compliance and record-keeping requirements. This is a genuine vacancy arising from business expansion and increased recruitment demands. Duties and Responsibilities • Lead workforce planning and identify staffing needs, • Prepare and review job descriptions and person specifications, • Design and implement recruitment strategies and job advertisements, • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including interviews and onboarding, • Ensure Right to Work compliance and maintain records, • Monitor employee performance and development needs, • Coordinate training and development programmes, • Develop HR policies including salary and health & safety, • Review organisational structure and improve efficiency, • Handle employee relations where required, • Monitor employment law and immigration compliance, • A minimum of two years’ relevant experience in recruitment, HR management, or workforce planning within a structured organisation., • A Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field is preferred., • Strong understanding of UK employment law and Right to Work requirements., • Demonstrable experience in managing recruitment campaigns and onboarding processes., • Excellent organisational, communication, and decision-making skills., • Ability to operate strategically while managing day-to-day operational responsibilities. Qualifications and Experience Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in recruitment or HR. A Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in HR, Business or related field is preferred. Strong understanding of UK employment law and Right to Work requirements. Additional Information This role meets the requirements under Appendix Skilled Worker.
