Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to enhance property listings and maximize exposure across various platforms. Qualifications: Proven experience in lettings or property management, with a strong track record of acquiring properties. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with landlords and clients. Highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile. Knowledge of the local property market and relevant legislation.
