The Provider shall ensure that guidance and training provided to staff regarding the identification and management of vulnerable Service Users with Specific needs, or at risk Service User, is kept up to date and aligns with accepted good practice, and that the provider has sought input from the Authority to ensure that their guidance and materials align with the Authority’s safeguarding strategy.
