Role Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities * Lead engaging, age-appropriate activities and curriculum planning * Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment * Support, mentor, and inspire your team * Monitor children’s progress and build strong relationships with families * Act as Key Person to a group of children * Uphold high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness Required Qualifications: Ideal Candidate * Level 3+ qualification in Early Years * Experience in an early years setting (leadership experience desirable) * Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills * Passionate about children’s development and family partnerships Make a meaningful impact—apply today!
