Job Description: If you are interested in applying for this job, please make sure you meet the following requirements as listed below. Deputy Manager required for 4 bed EBD/LD home in St Albans. Mainly 9-5 week days with occasional shifts and sleeps. As Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in the smooth and effective running of the service. Working closely with the Manager, youll help develop and implement strategies that ensure each child receives high-quality, personalised care and educational support. Youll lead, inspire, and mentor a team of committed professionals, setting high standards and creating a positive, supportive environment where both staff and young people can thrive.
