Whether hosting unforgettable studio tours or creating optimal workspaces, our teams lay the foundation for memorable experiences. \n\nYour New Role\n We’re excited to announce an opportunity within the Trade Marketing team at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London - The Making of Harry Potter. As a Senior Trade Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing our Trade partners, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. \n\n In this dynamic position, you will: \n\n\n • Act as the primary point of contact for WBSTL Trade partners, fostering strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.\n, • Coordinate and attend trade shows and events in the UK and abroad, promoting the Studio Tour and onboarding new trade partners.\n, • Maintain accurate administrative processes, databases, and marketing materials, ensuring compliance with internal approvals and brand guidelines.\n, • Identify and develop new Travel Trade opportunities in collaboration with the Trade Account Manager, supporting ticket allocations based on performance and growth potential.\n, • Analyze Trade partner sales performance, collaborating with the Insights team to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations.\n\n\nQualifications & Experience\n We’re looking for someone who is: \n\n\n • A confident presenter with strong communication skills (both written and verbal).\n, • Skilled in influencing and negotiation.\n, • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.\n, • Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office.\n, • Experienced in the leisure, tourism, or attractions industry (a plus!).\n, • Educated to A level standard (or equivalent), with strong representation in Maths and English.\n, • Possessing a valid passport, as international travel is required.\n\n\n Please Note: This role requires regular work during evenings, weekends, and school holidays, which are peak operating times. \n\nWorking Conditions\n This position is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours will be carried out at the workplace.
