We’re more interested in someone who can find great candidates, understands sourcing and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and speak to people. \n What you'll be doing \n\n • Sourcing legal professionals across a range of practice areas\n, • Headhunting and approaching passive candidates\n, • Screening and qualifying candidates\n, • Building strong candidate relationships\n, • Working live roles across our growing client base\n, • Helping us build talent pipelines for future vacancies\n\n Who we're looking for \n Ideally, you'll have recruitment or legal recruitment experience, but we're also open to strong sourcers/resourcers who know how to find hard-to-reach candidates. \n You'll need to be proactive, commercially minded and comfortable working independently. \n The opportunity \n This will initially be commission only, paying 40% of fees generated from your placements. \n We want this to become much more than a freelance opportunity.
