Key Responsibilities * Active Mentoring: Use sports, outdoor activities, and 1:1 coaching to build rapport with young people facing complex social and emotional challenges. * Behaviour Management: Confidently manage challenging needs and high-heat situations using de-escalation and trauma-informed practice. * Community Engagement: Travel across Oldham and the surrounding Greater Manchester areas to provide consistent, 5-day-a-week support. * Progress Tracking: Work as part of a specialist team to monitor the safety, wellbeing, and personal development of your cohort. Previous experience in MASH, Duty, or Assessment is highly beneficial.
