Carryoutneedsassessments,supportplanning,andcasereviewstoensurepersonalisedandeffectivesupport. Buildpositiverelationshipswithresidents,creatingawelcomingandsafeenvironment. Supportresidentstoimprovetheirwellbeing,includingmanagingmentalhealth,physicalhealth,orsubstancemisuseissues. Encouragethedevelopmentofindependentlivingskillssuchasbudgeting,cooking,andpersonalcare. Maintainaccuratecasefilesandensurecompliancewithhealth&safety,housingbenefit,anddataprotectionrequirements. Workwithpartneragenciestoensureresidentsreceivethesupporttheyneed. Thisisavariedrolewherenotwodaysarethesame,requiringenergy,flexibility,andarealcommitmenttosupportingothers. Aboutyou Werelookingforsomeonewhois: Experiencedinprovidingperson-centredsupport,ideallywithpeoplefacinghomelessnessorcomplexneeds. Confidentinassessingneedsandrisks,andskilledatdevelopingmulti-agencysupportplans. Organised,adaptable,andresilientinabusyenvironment. Astrongcommunicator,abletobuildtrustandmotivateothers. Comfortableworkingeveningsandweekendsonarotabasis. Enthusiasticaboutworkinginapsychologicallyinformedenvironmentandcreativeintheirapproachtoservicedelivery. Arelevantqualification(suchasNVQLevel2inHealthandSocialCare,Housing,orIAG)wouldbeanadvantage, butapositiveattitudeandcommitmenttohelpingothersarejustasimportant.
