Platform Administrator \n Nationwide | Based from Any Office Location \n Salary: Up to £35,000 \n \n An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Platform Administrator to join a growing and dynamic financial services business. \n \n This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong provider platform knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional support to advisers and colleagues across the business. Reporting to the Platform Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation, governance and ongoing development of platform processes across the group. \n \n The Role \n As Platform Administrator, you will support the day-to-day management and oversight of platform activity, ensuring processes run efficiently and accurately while providing first-class support to advisers, paraplanners and administrators. \n The role requires excellent organisational skills, strong technical capability and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment. \n \n Key Responsibilities \n\n • Support platform migrations and onboard new client assets\n, • Respond to queries from advisers, paraplanners and administrators across the group\n, • Manage issues, escalations and development requests, liaising with platform relationship managers to ensure timely resolution\n, • Handle complex submissions, including trusts, corporate accounts, bonds and deceased cases\n, • Create and amend investment models\n, • Process manual trades and fund conversions\n, • Produce platform reports and validate data accuracy\n, • Submit asset and fund availability requests\n, • Assist with complaints handling and error resolution\n, • Maintain accurate and up-to-date platform resources and documentation on the intranet\n, • Set up and manage staff platform access and permissions\n, • Coordinate platform maintenance requirements\n, • Handle AML and bank verification queries\n, • Liaise with third-party providers and discretionary fund managers\n, • Monitor and manage team mailboxes\n, • Support ad hoc projects and platform development initiatives as required\n\n \n About You \n The successful candidate will have: \n\n • Previous experience within the IFA market and working with provider platforms, with a minimum of three years' experience preferred\n, • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy\n, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills\n, • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment\n, • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads independently\n, • Confidence in identifying and escalating issues where appropriate\n, • Strong IT and systems capability\n, • The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems\n, • Excellent time management skills and a reliable, professional approach\n\n \n What's on Offer? \n\n • Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience\n, • Nationwide opportunities with flexibility to be based from any office location\n, • A supportive and collaborative working environment\n, • Exposure to platform projects and business improvement initiatives\n, • Excellent opportunities for career development and progression\n, • The chance to play a key role in the continued growth and evolution of the business\n\n \n This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced platform professional looking to join a forward-thinking organisation where their expertise and ideas will be valued. \n \n Apply today via NJR Recruitment or call quoting the reference NJR16827 \n \n Please note: Due to a high volume of applications, if your CV does not reflect the essential requirements, or you answer ‘no’ to key screening questions, we may not be able to contact you.
