Design & Sales Advisor Location: West Sussex (Showroom-based) Contract: Full-time, 5 days across a 7-day rota About Us We design, manufacture, supply, and install sustainable, high-quality kitchens across the UK. Our focus is simple: supporting our customers, our people, our community, and our planet. The Opportunity We are looking for a Design & Sales Advisor to join our showroom team. This role sits at the centre of our retail customer experience and is ideal for someone who enjoys combining customer service, design work, and retail sales in a structured, supportive environment. This position is showroom-based, working 5 days in a 7-day shift pattern shared across a small team. What You’ll Do • Welcome customers to the showroom and guide them through their kitchen project., • Produce accurate, well-planned kitchen designs that reflect customer needs, budgets, and measurements., • Provide clear and reliable advice on products, specifications, and design options., • Prepare quotations and maintain accurate records across CRM and digital systems., • Communicate project progress, delivery timelines, and installation updates., • Support the sales process through effective follow-up and consistent customer communication., • Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from initial enquiry to final installation., • Maintain showroom presentation standards, ensuring displays and sample areas reflect our brand. Essential • Strong communication skills and a professional approach, • Excellent administrative accuracy and attention to detail, • Ability to manage multiple tasks during busy retail periods, • Confident using digital and CRM systems, Microsoft Word and Excel, • A proactive working style with strong organisation and initiative, • Customer-focused mindset with commercial awareness, • Experience with CAD, Fusion, or similar design software, • Knowledge of appliances, design products, or home-improvement solutions, • Previous experience in a retail, showroom, or interior design environment, • Work with a respected brand known for sustainable, well-made products, • Build design and technical knowledge in a supportive retail environment, • Enjoy a varied role combining customer service, sales, and design, • Be part of a company that values long-term thinking, quality, and partnership
