We are now seeking an Assistant / Junior Project Manager to join our growing team and play an important role in delivering high-quality, technically excellent MEP projects across the UK. Key Responsibilities Project Support • Assist with the coordination of mechanical and electrical site works and subcontractors., • Help prepare and maintain project documentation such as RAMS, O&M manuals and regular progress reports., • Support procurement activities and manage communications with suppliers., • Attend site visits when required to collect updates, take photographs and document progress., • Track delivery schedules and chase up materials or information as needed. Administration & Office Support • Raise purchase orders and help with invoicing and cost-tracking tasks., • Perform data entry and maintain project and finance spreadsheets., • Obtain and file certificates, supplier datasheets and quotations., • Manage email correspondence, take meeting notes, and organise filing systems., • Assist with general business administration and office coordination tasks. Skills & Experience • Some prior experience in project coordination, administration or junior project management—ideally in construction or M&E., • Strong organisational and multitasking ability, with attention to detail., • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar tools., • Good communication skills, both written and verbal., • Ability to build positive relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, team members and clients., • A proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and develop.
