This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of properties and clients, and to earn generous commissions based on successful rentals. Responsibilities: Advertise the rooms on channels such as Spareroom, screen applicants and respond to their inquiries. Conduct property viewings and tours for prospective tenants, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each property. Assist tenants in the application process, including completing necessary paperwork. Qualifications: Previous experience in letting, property management is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
