Sales Executive – Logistics Solutions We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a forward-thinking provider of advanced supply chain logistics solutions, for a talented and motivated Sales Executive to join their focused and collaborative team. This role involves selling a wide range of services including: • Integrated Supply Chain Management Services (ISCMS), • Full Container Load (FCL) and Less-than-Container Load (LCL) freight, • Air freight forwarding, • Warehousing and transportation, • Customs brokerage services This is not a traditional freight sales role focused solely on ocean rates. Our client is looking for someone who will fully embrace their company philosophy, gain a deep understanding of their service offering, and confidently communicate why customers should choose them over competitors. Key Responsibilities • Identify and engage clients whose needs align with the logistics solutions offered, • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing customers, • Uncover growth opportunities within current accounts to enhance profitability, • Deliver accurate and timely quotations with strong administrative precision, • Collaborate effectively with Inside Sales and Customer Services teams, • Report weekly activities and pipeline updates via CRM software, • Engage in consultative selling, leveraging industry knowledge to advise clients, • Adapt to evolving company strategies and industry trends, including logistics, shipping, and IT developments, • Manage client coverage flexibly, not restricted by geographic boundaries within the UK Candidate Profile • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, ideally within logistics or related sectors, • Strong understanding of the logistics and shipping industries, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Comfortable with change and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, • Tech-savvy with good CRM and administrative capabilities This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a respected logistics brand and make a meaningful impact in a consultative sales role.
