You’ll work closely with the General Manager to run venue operations, with a unique involvement in running not only the venue but also growing an ambitious company. Key Responsibilities: • Customer Experience: Deliver an exceptional guest experience by ensuring high standards of hospitality and service from day one. • Team Leadership: Help build and lead a high-performing, enthusiastic team.
