We design and deliver beautifully crafted, made-to-measure furniture with a focus on quality and exceptional customer service. The Role We’re looking for a motivated Sales Manager to lead and develop our in-house and remote sales teams. You’ll drive performance, implement effective sales strategies, and play a key part in achieving our growth ambitions. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver sales strategies to achieve business goals, • Lead, motivate, and manage remote and in-house sales teams, • Monitor sales performance and report to senior management, • Collaborate with other departments to optimise sales processes, • Provide daily training, mentorship, and performance management, • Proven experience in sales management or team leadership, • Strong communication, motivation, and coaching skills, • Target-driven with a strategic, hands-on approach, • £40,000 basic salary + OTE £70,000, • Supportive, collaborative environment
