E.g. Kitchen management system, oven, fridges, freezers etc. - Preparing and cooking food to the highest of standards and complying with the preparation of all food that meets Pasta Evangelist’s requirements as laid out within “How to Cards”. - Ensure all food is prepared quickly, in the correct order, to the How to Card standard and in line with all SOP’s. - Full Checking deliveries into the Store and reporting any issues to the Team Leader/ Manager. To Ensure that all deliveries are Received & stored appropriately and storage requirements are adhered to. - Full Operating the wash-up area effectively and ensuring any equipment used is thoroughly cleaned. - Full Use correct signage whilst cleaning is taking place. - Full Ensure that all rubbish is disposed of correctly at all times, following the company waste management processes in relation to recycling and adhering to Local Authority requirements. - Reporting of any equipment defects quickly to Team leader or Area Manager. - Full Ensure that all close down kitchen procedures are followed and that the kitchen is always clean and prepared as possible for the next shift. - Full Regularly organise pest checks and report any concerns to the Team leader and higher management. I am a professional artist and single mother. My business is growing rapidly and I am now looking for a live-in assistant in my gorgeous London home In Fulham. You would have your own double room and the flat is very close to shops and transport links. I need someone who can drive (ideally with their own car) to help me with day to day tasks such as helping me get my chatty and very affectionate 6 year old autistic son Freddie ready for school, then spend the day helping me manage my social media platforms, organise logistics for art transportation and exhibitions and run errands such as going to the post office, grabbing supplies from the supermarket, cooking the occasional meal and replying on my behalf to customers who want to commission paintings or order prints. I need someone who is good on social media and able to help grow my brand. I want someone enthusiastic, friendly, warm, punctual, trustworthy and kind who is good with clients, confident and well presented. I often need help on my stand at exhibitions and would need someone to help me do things like catalogue and insure my work, move paintings from one venue to another, help promote my events, reach print sales targets and also be happy to do other tasks like collect my son from school or take him to the playground. No day with me would ever be the same, I have a studio in Earlsfield where I paint my large oil on canvas pantings and also work from home in Fulham when doing smaller ink on paper paintings and admin. Small well established family business looking for part of full time sales assistant/concierge/receptionist. Your main role will be to manage clients coming in to the showroom or contacting by phone. This will include making appointments and organising team members diaries. No previous industry experience required. As your experience grows we will look to expand your role. Applicants should be flexible in their approach (we are a small business not a corporate machine), well presented and be comfortable speaking to clients both in person and over the phone.
