The Opportunity We’re expanding our installer and trade network across the UK and are seeking a Part-Time Channel Sales Representative. This is a flexible, remote role — ideal for someone already connected to the electrical trade or renewable energy sector who thrives on commission-based rewards. Your Role • Build and manage relationships with EV installers, electrical contractors, and distributors., • Source and onboard new installer partners through LinkedIn, calls, and industry networks., • Promote Vorsprung’s charger range, explaining commercial benefits and technical value., • Maintain a simple CRM log of leads, conversions, and pipeline updates., • Gather installer feedback to improve our offer and marketing materials., • Experienced in B2B hardware or trade sales (EV charging, solar, renewables, lighting, or electrical products)., • Already selling to or connected within the installer network in the UK., • Confident, proactive, and motivated by results., • Able to work independently with minimal oversight., • Remote, flexible working (approx. 2–3 days per week)., • Guaranteed base retainer + attractive commission per installer onboarded and per unit sold., • Performance bonuses for consistent monthly growth. You’ll be working directly with a fast-moving founder-led team who understand the installer market and value autonomy. We believe in long-term partnerships and creating meaningful upside for those who help us scale.
