Skills & Experience • Managed geographically dispersed teams across global and regional hubs, including direct reports and virtual project teams., • Built high-performing teams with strong retention and engagement metrics., • Infrastructure Technologies: Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, Windows/Linux server environments, and enterprise networking protocols (SSL/IPSec, VLAN, VPN)., • Virtualisation & Backup: Hands-on experience with VMware, Hyper-V, backup systems (e.g., Veeam, Commvault), and disaster recovery planning., • Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP with experience in cloud migration, hybrid environments, and cost optimisation., • Led multi-phase offshoring initiatives for infrastructure services, including transition of helpdesk, server management, and network operations., • Defined offshore delivery models with clear SLAs, escalation protocols, and performance metrics., • Implemented ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 standards across infrastructure operations., • Ensured infrastructure compliance with GxP, IT risk management, and financial governance policies.

About the Role: As a Senior / Brand Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting the Head of HDB across product management, marketing, sales operations, and e-commerce initiatives. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit. The Brand Executive role plays an essential part in executing Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with our retail and brand partners — ensuring consistency, accuracy and commercial impact across every touchpoint. Role Overview The Brand Executive provides day-to-day support within the Commercial Team, helping to deliver agreed JBPs, product launches and trade marketing activations accurately and on time. The floater role provides additional capacity across categories and supports during periods of high workload, holiday or sickness cover. Candidate Profile Essential Skills & Experience · 1–3 years’ experience in a commercial, trade marketing or administrative role — ideally within beauty, FMCG or retail. · Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage data and product information accurately. · Excellent written communication skills — including the ability to localise and adapt US content for the UK market. · Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and digital systems such as PIMs and retailer portals. · Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. · Collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude. The management of these repairers is critical, with regular reporting or KPI management required. Some areas of the service dept can interface with repairers and this can lead to confusion on both parts regarding the correct contact points for any specific issues. As LGEUK grows within the market there will be an increasing need to optimise its current repair network, bringing with it the need for reliable controlled evaluation of prospective new companies. Working with the Service Network Manager, Customer Service Operation Team Leader and Customer Service Director, part of your remit will be ensuring that our customers receive continued high level quality service. The position is based at our Weybridge Head Office with travel required to our warehouse in Milton Keynes. Additional travel will be required a few times a year to the European Service Academy (EU training centre is in Holland), the European TV manufacturing plant in Poland and to our training academy in Korea every 2 years. As a Demand Planner in TV, you will assume responsibility for maintaining forecast performance and supply plan information flow. In addition, you will gather and analyse the weekly stock levels and generate a consolidated forecast, uploading the forecast to the central global demand planning system and forecasting performance. Your Role & Responsibilities • Working in conjunction with Marketing, Sales & Supply Chain Managers to develop, progressively improve forecasting process, improve accuracy and reduce forecast volatility through co-ordinated innovation activity., • Analysis of historical trends, PSI and market trends on a weekly basis using statistical analysis tools to generate weekly forecasts. Collect and review sales forecasts on a weekly basis, identifying trends on fast & slow-moving products. Maintain seasonality trends and impact of exceptional market changes: Promotional activity, national/international events., • Monitor periodical performance measures and supplier/customer non-conformance to enable process improvement in the Supply Chain. Provide fact-based analysis with a corrective action plan, • Build on collaborative working relationships with key customers to drive forecast accuracy, process improvements, and free flow of information and generally enhance Sales Management, Supplier & Customer working relations. The key objective to optimize Inventory velocity (LTS/DIO) and cash flow., • Weekly S&OP meeting with supplier factory to update production plan and prepare rolling forecast template, • Ensure regular review and reporting of progress to the Demand Planning Manager, Sales Head, SCM director, and European Supply Chain of progress in the realisation of all relevant KPIs, identify bottlenecks and recommendation of appropriate remedial action.
