Requirements: • Proven experience in EIS investment sales, capital raising, or investment broking., • A successful track record of raising capital and achieving commercial objectives within the financial services sector., • An established network of sophisticated investors, financial advisers, wealth managers, family offices, or professional intermediaries would be highly advantageous., • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills., • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to develop and convert high-quality opportunities., • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and driven to perform in a target-oriented environment., • A professional, ethical, and relationship-focused approach aligned with the Group’s values of integrity, collaboration, and excellence.
