The Advocate Group are proud to be representing Monster Energy Europe in the search for an experienced Platform Delivery Project Manager to join their EMEA HR function on a 9-Month FTC. The role This is a Project Management role focused on delivering HR platform initiatives across the EMEA region. The successful candidate will lead multiple HR technology projects, including (but not limited to) the rollout of SAP SuccessFactors into new countries and regions. Key responsibilities • Lead end-to-end project initiation and planning, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders, • Build, lead, and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear ownership, effective delegation, and timely delivery, • Oversee project execution and monitoring, tracking progress against plans and KPIs, and adapting delivery where required, • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle, • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear, consistent communication on progress, risks, and budget, • Ensure all project deliverables meet agreed quality standards, and manage project closure including handover, documentation, and post-project reviews About you • Highly motivated, with the ability to motivate and influence others, • A confident communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, • Exceptionally organised, with strong attention to detail, • A natural problem-solver, able to navigate complexity and ambiguity, • PRINCE2 Foundation certified or equivalent (desirable), • Experience required, • Proven experience delivering platform implementations, ideally within HR environments, • Strong track record of managing complex deployments, timelines, and deliverables, • Hands-on experience with system integrations, data migrations, and workflow configuration, • SAP experience is strongly desirable, particularly SuccessFactors, • Solid understanding of HR systems and the ability to bridge technical and business requirements, • Experience managing testing phases including SIT and UAT, • Demonstrated leadership across the full project lifecycle, including methodology, documentation, and governance If you’re a delivery-focused project manager looking to make a real impact within a globally recognised brand, this is an outstanding opportunity to join Monster Energy at an exciting time of growth and transformation.
