My client is a well-known consumer organisation that is seeking a new Head of Reward (EMEA) on an initial 12 month fixed term basis. Head of Reward – EMEA They are searching for an experienced Reward leader to shape and drive the compensation and benefits strategy across the UK and wider EMEA region, while also taking responsibility for global reward programmes such as the annual pay cycle. This role is suited to someone who thrives on building frameworks that balance global consistency with local market realities, while influencing senior stakeholders and providing practical, data-led solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Regional reward leadership – setting direction and delivering reward frameworks across the UK and EMEA, working closely with senior leaders and HR business partners., • Global compensation cycle – designing and running the annual pay and bonus review, managing governance, tools, and communications., • Compensation & benefits – evaluating structures, running benchmarking, overseeing benefits vendors, and ensuring programmes remain competitive and compliant., • International mobility – managing relocations, assignments, and global mobility policies, in partnership with external providers., • Data & insights – using analytics to inform decisions, track pay equity, and contribute to strategic projects., • Team leadership – guiding and developing a small specialist team while contributing to the senior people leadership group (3 direct reports). Role Profile: • Senior-level experience in reward, ideally with both UK and EMEA exposure., • Proven ability to lead annual pay cycles, incentive planning, and benchmarking., • Technical expertise in compensation frameworks, benefits, mobility, and employment tax compliance., • Skilled in stakeholder management with strong communication skills., • Highly analytical, with advanced Excel and HRIS capabilities., • A collaborative, commercially minded professional who brings both strategic thinking and operational delivery., • Professional qualifications in reward, HR, or compensation (desirable).
