Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Secondary School (Permanent) Location: WellingboroughStart Date: September 2026 (Earlier start available)Salary: £24000 - £36000 per year (Experience dependent)Employer: Reed Education Reed Education are supporting a reputable secondary school in Wellingborough who are seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join them on a permanent basis. The Role As a HLTA, you will: • Support teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4, • Deliver pre-planned lessons when required, • Lead targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions, • Support teachers in raising attainment and improving pupil engagement Experience is essential for this role.
