Role Purpose This role will provide the lead on a range of technical and professional surveying services whilst completing and overseeing multiple surveys for Thomann-Hanry. Exceptional report writing skills will be required to clearly highlight defects and red items which will allow customers to understand the repairs required. All surveys conducted will be to the highest standards whilst respecting architectural and heritage values, ensuring the maintenance requirements of the buildings are met, and to maintain building integrity and safety standards.
