This role involves supporting individuals in day services, the community, and home-based settings, helping them to access activities safely while promoting independence, wellbeing, and confidence. A full UK driving licence is essential, as the role includes transporting individuals to activities, appointments, and community outings. Key Responsibilities Provide person-centred support with daily living tasks such as personal care, dressing, and mobility Support individuals to engage in movement-based, fitness, and community activities Administer medication safely in line with care plans and company policy Support with meal preparation and feeding where required Provide emotional support and promote positive mental wellbeing Implement behaviour support strategies when needed Assist with light housekeeping to maintain safe environments Support with mobility, transfers, and physical tasks (training provided) Drive individuals safely to appointments, day trips, and activities Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns promptly Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and first aid procedures Bringing individuals to the gym/therapy sessions What We’re Looking For..
