We’re growing fast — with clubs across London and expansion plans in the US — and we’re now looking for driven, passionate sales professionals to help us bring more practitioners into the UNTIL community. The Role We’re looking for a Sales Manager who’s energetic, organised, and genuinely passionate about health and wellness. This is an in-person role, where you’ll own the entire sales process — from building relationships and generating leads, to giving tours, negotiating offers, and closing deals. You’ll be a key face of UNTIL for prospective members. That means being confident, professional, and personable — but also curious, empathetic, and genuinely interested in understanding what each practitioner needs to grow. We want someone who’s a self-starter — proactive, hungry for success, and excited by the idea of shaping their own pipeline and results. You’ll have the autonomy to make things happen, backed by the support of a growing, ambitious team. You will be results driven and coachable. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Pipeline Ownership ◦ Proactively source leads via outreach, referrals, networking, events and inbound; nurture from first contact to conversion. ◦ Build and maintain a high‑quality pipeline, creating opportunities through persistence and relationships. ◦ Own monthly and quarterly targets end to end. Sales Process & Conversion ◦ Deliver compelling, personalised club tours that showcase the UNTIL experience. ◦ Diagnose practitioner needs and propose tailored solutions; present, negotiate and close confidently. ◦ Manage timely follow‑ups, documentation and seamless onboarding handovers. CRM & Reporting Excellence ◦ Keep accurate, real‑time CRM records of all activity and deals; maintain a clean, visible funnel. ◦ Report on pipeline health, conversion and key metrics; use data to spot trends and improvements. Collaboration & Communication ◦ Partner with Marketing on campaigns, messaging and local activation. ◦ Work with club teams to ensure smooth onboarding and member success. ◦ Share market insights and best practice with leadership and the sales/membership team. Relationship-Building, Networking & Brand Representation ◦ Represent UNTIL with warmth, confidence and professionalism in every interaction. ◦ Be highly visible in market: build trusted practitioner relationships and expand awareness across health and wellness. ◦ Live UNTIL values: human, ambitious, positive and grounded. Growth & Development ◦ Take ownership of learning; seek feedback and stretch opportunities. ◦ Progress towards Senior Sales Manager as the business scales. ◦ Contribute to team learning, product discussions and internal initiatives to strengthen commercial skills. About You We’re looking for someone who’s: • A self-starter — proactive, confident and driven by results., • Coachable - someone who can take feedback and action it for the betterment of their role and skillset., • Organised and structured — able to manage multiple leads, tasks and timelines effectively., • Personable and persuasive — can build trust quickly, listen well, and adapt to different personalities., • A natural networker — loves meeting people, building relationships and being out in the industry - being creative with how contacts are made and networked., • Hungry and ambitious — motivated by goals, growth and performance., • Genuinely passionate about health and wellness — believes in UNTIL’s mission and loves being around practitioners and clients., • Excited by the idea of working in-person — being part of the club community, building relationships face-to-face, and seeing the impact of your work daily., • Commercially minded — understands the balance between delivering value and driving revenue., • Comfortable with technology and experienced using CRMs (HubSpot) to manage pipelines., • Mid level experience in sales, membership, or business development roles — ideally in fitness, hospitality, property, co-working, or premium service sectors. What Success Looks Like • Consistent achievement (and exceeding) of monthly sales and occupancy targets., • High conversion rates from tour to close., • A clean, accurate CRM and transparent reporting process., • Strong feedback from both practitioners and internal teams., • Tangible contribution to the growth and culture of the UNTIL team., • Reputation for professionalism, positivity, and persistence.
