We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Inclusion Manager to lead reading across one of our campuses.

As the Regional Inclusion Manager – UK, you will support and manage the implementation of the firm’s Active Inclusion framework across the UK, ensuring alignment with the global inclusion agenda and specifically with Continental Europe to support an approach that is consistent across One Europe.

Function as a consultant to the Heads of People, Senior Leadership Team and line managers to achieve culture, engagement and inclusion objectives and KPIs including advice on a broad range of inclusion topics. Manage all relevant external forums including the Insurance Industry Diversity & Inclusion
