Your role as Lead Generation Manager: Lead and motivate a team of Lead Generation Advisors to exceed KPIs and deliver exceptional customer experiences Own team performance - from dialler management and campaign planning to daily stand-ups and coaching sessions Deliver regular 1:1s, feedback, and tailored development plans to support individual growth Foster a high-energy, positive team culture with incentives, recognition, and team-building initiatives Use data and dialler insights to drive efficiency, optimise workflows, and improve results Champion collaboration across departments to ensure a seamless customer journey About You What we're looking for: Proven experience in a contact centre or sales leadership role (minimum 1 year), ideally within a fast-paced, target-driven environment Strong dialler management skills , including optimising campaigns, understanding dialler logic, and maximising productivity through data insights Excellent systems knowledge , with the ability to understand and manage lead allocation processes and work closely with operational support teams Data-driven mindset , using reporting, analytics, and KPIs to inform decisions, improve performance, and drive consistent results A natural coach and motivator , bringing energy, empathy, and accountability to inspire team members and lift performance Strong performance management skills , confident managing conduct, attendance, quality, and productivity fairly and consistently Excellent communication and organisational skills , with the ability to prioritise, plan, and keep workflows running smoothly Experience in coaching and developing talent , including delivering feedback, running training sessions, and supporting ongoing skill development Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment , maintaining high standards while adapting to changing priorities Collaborative team player , focused on helping others succeed and building a positive, high-trust team culture Strong problem-solving abilities , particularly when managing system, workflow, or lead allocation challenges Commercially aware , understanding how lead quality, conversion, and team performance impact overall business objectives About Us Why CarFinance 247? Expertise in lead management and allocation, using data and insight to drive performance. Experience in setting and managing efficient sales KPIs. Confidence in decision-making, thriving under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Dialler management and campaign optimisation experience (advantageous).
