    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Bar Manager or Supervisor. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring exceptional service, and contributing to a vibrant atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: • Managing and motivating the bar team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations., • Ensuring high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction., • Overseeing inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering of beverages and supplies., • Developing and implementing creative drink menus and promotions., • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with health and safety regulations., • Handling cash management, POS systems, and daily financial reporting., • Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally., • Ensuring compliance with all licensing laws and company policies. Requirements: • Proven experience in a bar management or supervisory role within a hospitality setting., • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills., • Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers., • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities., • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail., • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required., • A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Pay Commision based (depending on property size & inspection type) Contract Self-Employed / Freelance About Us We are a professional property inventory inspection company providing check-in, check-out, mid-term inspections and compliance for letting agents and landlords. Accuracy, impartiality, and professionalism are at the heart of what we do. Role Overview We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented freelance inventory clerks to carry out property inspections and produce clear, unbiased, and legally compliant inventory reports.
