An established technology-focused organisation is looking for an IT Support Technician to join its internal IT team. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid Microsoft 365 support experience who also enjoys working with SharePoint, Power Automate and modern workplace technologies. \n You'll be joining a collaborative team, providing day-to-day technical support while helping improve internal systems, automation and user experience. \n The role \n\n • Provide 1st and 2nd line support to internal users via Microsoft Teams, email and remote support tools\n, • Troubleshoot hardware, software and Microsoft 365 issues\n, • Administer SharePoint, including permissions, security and compliance\n, • Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows and process automation\n, • Support Active Directory, Windows desktop and server environments\n, • Manage user accounts and Microsoft 365 administration\n, • Maintain and update an internal WordPress website\n, • Work with third-party suppliers to resolve technical and licensing issues\n, • Produce clear technical documentation and knowledge articles\n, • Ensure support tickets are managed within agreed SLAs\n, • Contribute to ISO27001 compliant processes and documentation\n\n What we're looking for \n\n • Previous experience in an IT support or service desk role\n, • Strong Microsoft 365 administration skills\n, • Good knowledge of SharePoint Online\n, • Experience creating or maintaining Power Automate workflows\n, • Windows desktop and Windows Server support experience\n, • Active Directory and PowerShell knowledge\n, • Experience managing or maintaining WordPress websites\n, • Excellent communication and customer service skills\n, • A proactive approach with strong troubleshooting ability\n\n Desirable \n\n • CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation or similar certifications\n, • Microsoft certifications\n, • Experience working within ISO27001 or similar security standards\n\n What's on offer \n\n • £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience\n, • Hybrid working, 3 days per week in the office\n, • Supportive and collaborative team environment\n, • Opportunity to develop your Microsoft 365, SharePoint and automation skills\n, • Long-term career progression within a growing organisation\n\n
