We are now seeking a passionate and hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager (Maternity Cover) to support our Restaurant & Bar team and help elevate our dining experience even further. Youll lead the team with confidence and warmth, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience aligned with our vision of creating the worlds most legendary coaching inn. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with strong people skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to inspire, motivate, and support a diverse Food & Beverage team. Assistant Restaurant Manager - Key Duties Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery through effective supervision and training. Lead by example with a visible, hands-on presence on the floor. Drive continuous improvement of service standards and guest experience. Oversee accurate billing processes for each meal period. Support recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new team members. Deliver regular training sessions, briefings, and development activities. Maintain exceptional guest interaction, including correct use of names and titles. Report and document guest feedback, complaints, and service issues appropriately. Ensure correct cleaning procedures, polishing standards, and safe chemical usage. Communicate clearly with the Kitchen and other departments regarding specials, shortages, and dietary requirements.
