    Operations & Store Management Lead (Fast-Track to Partnership) Europafoodxb (UK) is recruiting a hands-on, high-performing leader to take ownership of daily operations, staff management, and problem-solving across our food retail/convenience business. This is a growth role for someone who can switch from selling on the shop floor to resolving operational issues immediately—calmly, quickly, and effectively. The Role As a Grill Chef, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking our menu to the Please Sir! standard, with a particular focus on our signature smash burgers. Your responsibilities will include: • Cooking and smashing burgers on the grill to specification, • Preparing and cooking other menu items and sides, • Following recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards, • Managing multiple orders during busy service, • Preparing and maintaining your station before, during and after service, • Completing food preparation and stock rotation, • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and cleanliness standards, • Monitoring stock levels and communicating shortages, • Following allergen and food safety procedures, • Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to keep service running smoothly, • Cleaning down equipment and kitchen areas at the end of service Who We’re Looking For Experience working on a grill or in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred, but attitude is just as important to us as experience.
