The Data & Insight team is small, in-house, and owns the whole chain — from getting data out of source systems to putting it in front of a director or a customer. We are also part of the commercial offer: we deliver secure, segregated reporting directly to our customers, so a meaningful share of the work is externally facing and genuinely visible. Our ingestion layer is being rebuilt in Microsoft Fabric, our reporting is Power BI and Fabric, our applications are Power Apps and Power Automate, our integrations are APIs called from Fabric notebooks and Python, and there is an on-premise SQL estate underneath it all.
