As a Team Member + 1, you will work on Monday and Fridays cleaning our accommodation and then will work as a lifeguard the rest of your contracted hours. No day will ever be the same and you will enjoy the variety of working with lots of different team members and guests. If you have a previous lifeguard qualification that's brilliant, however if you can pass the Butlins swim test we will also put you through your NPLQ course, giving you all the training you need to start your career in lifeguarding.
