We are looking to recruit a Personal Advisor (PA) to join a dedicated Care Leavers Service supporting young people as they transition to independent living. About the Role As a Personal Advisor, you will work directly with young people aged 16+ who are preparing to leave care. Your role is to provide guidance, emotional support, and practical assistance across all areas of their lives as they move toward independence.
