This senior role extends beyond coffee preparation—our Head Barista will be responsible for training and developing our baristas, ensuring that our coffee quality and customer service standards are consistent across all locations. As the driving force behind the quality of our coffee offering, you will help elevate our coffee culture while working closely with our Store Managers to ensure smooth daily operations.
