Operations Team Member – E-commerce Fulfilment 📍 Location: Trafford Park, Manchester 🏢 Company: Ecommerce Fulfilment Centre Ltd (EFCL) 💷 Pay: £13.45 per hour – Real Living Wage 🕒 Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 📋 Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent About Us Ecommerce Fulfilment Centre Ltd (EFCL) is a growing third-party logistics (3PL) company based in Trafford Park, Manchester. We provide e-commerce fulfilment, warehousing, inventory management and distribution services to online businesses across the UK. We are looking for a reliable, organised, enthusiastic and customer-focused Operations Team Member to join our expanding team. This is a varied role combining customer communication, warehouse administration, inventory management and hands-on fulfilment support. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Communication • Act as the first point of contact for customers via email, telephone, WhatsApp and other communication channels., • Respond professionally and promptly to customer enquiries, order updates and operational requests., • Liaise with warehouse staff, management and courier partners to resolve customer queries., • Keep customers informed about deliveries, stock movements, dispatches and returns., • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department or management team. Warehouse Operations & Fulfilment • Support the picking, packing and dispatch teams whenever required., • Receive deliveries, check stock quantities and book goods into the warehouse management system., • Process customer returns, stock replenishment and inventory movements., • Coordinate shipments with Royal Mail, Evri, DPD and other courier services., • Use Mintsoft WMS and barcode scanning systems to manage orders and stock., • Carry out regular stock counts and help maintain accurate inventory records., • Monitor daily order processing and support the team in meeting courier collection deadlines., • Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment. Requirements • Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, e-commerce fulfilment or customer service is preferred., • Experience using Mintsoft WMS is highly desirable., • Confident communicating with customers professionally by email and telephone., • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems., • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail., • Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads and work under pressure., • A proactive, problem-solving attitude., • Reliable, punctual, hardworking and a strong team player., • Willingness to assist with physical warehouse duties when required.
