KS3 Teacher Prospero Teaching is recruiting two KS3 Teachers with Primary QTS to join a specialist secondary school in the Farnborough area from September. The school supports pupils with moderate learning difficulties (MLD) and provides a structured, nurturing environment tailored to individual needs. Primary-trained teachers often thrive in this setting, as their experience supporting early learners, delivering a broad curriculum, and building strong foundations makes them particularly well suited to helping KS3 pupils with MLD transition successfully into secondary education. This role focuses on consistency, relationship-building, and adapting learning to support confidence and engagement during this key stage.
