đ Demand Planner đ Leeds (4 days office / 1 day WFH) Weâre partnering with an ambitious, owner-led FMCG business as it continues to invest in its UK operations and build stronger planning capability. With a growing presence across grocery and retail channels, the business is focused on improving forecast accuracy, stock optimisation, and cross-functional alignment across its ambient and chilled product ranges. This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven planner or analyst looking to step into a broader, more visible role. đ The Opportunity As Demand Planner, youâll play a key role in aligning commercial activity with operational delivery, ensuring the right products are available at the right time. Working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and supply chain, youâll help bring structure and insight to forecasting, while supporting the development of a more robust S&OP process.
