    Job Title: Business Development Executive (SOC Code: 3554) Company: Nails with Dee Ltd Location: Uxbridge, London Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £41,700 – £43,000 per annum About the Role The Business Development Executive will play a key role in supporting the company's expansion strategy by identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, developing commercial relationships, and contributing to mergers, acquisitions, and branch development projects. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to develop growth strategies, strengthen relationships with business partners, negotiate commercial opportunities, and support the successful launch and development of new salon locations. Key Responsibilities • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities, acquisition targets, and emerging trends within the UK nail and beauty industry., • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market intelligence, referrals, and commercial partnerships., • Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, landlords, suppliers, investors, and other key stakeholders to support business expansion., • Prepare business proposals, presentations, commercial plans, and supporting documentation for potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnership opportunities., • Support the development and implementation of business development strategies that align with the company's long-term expansion objectives., • Participate in commercial negotiations with prospective business partners and assist management throughout the acquisition and branch opening process., • Work collaboratively with marketing, operations, finance, and senior management teams to ensure successful integration and launch of new business locations., • Monitor business development activities, maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities, and prepare regular reports on sales pipelines, market developments, and project progress., • Attend networking events, industry exhibitions, and business meetings to promote the company's services and establish valuable commercial relationships., • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer reach, and business performance across both existing and newly acquired salon locations., • Support management in evaluating the commercial viability of potential investment and expansion opportunities., • Ensure all business development activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Key Requirements • Proven experience in business development, sales, commercial management, or a related role., • Strong understanding of business growth strategies, client relationship management, and commercial negotiations., • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills., • Minimum English language proficiency of B2 level, both written and spoken., • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and evaluate business opportunities., • Ability to prepare professional proposals, reports, and commercial documentation., • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously., • Commercial awareness with a proactive and results-driven approach., • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams., • Willingness to travel as required to support business expansion and new branch development.
