We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to support our regional marketing team, focusing on EMEA initiatives. Based in London and reporting to the , you will play a key role in event coordination, campaign execution, and content development while ensuring operational excellence. Strong project management skills are essential, as you will manage multiple campaigns and trade show programs simultaneously. Event Marketing: Plan and execute webinars (customer-led, Optibus-led, or partner co-branded). UITP Summit, local transit events). Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders (Sales, BDRs, Product Marketing, Design, and Executives) to ensure consistent messaging and measurable outcomes. Oversee SWAG management: concept development, production, logistics, and on-site distribution. Digital Marketing: Launch and manage social media campaigns (organic and paid) targeted at regional personas and accounts. Create and distribute localized newsletters highlighting product news, thought leadership, customer stories, and market trends. Content Marketing: Manage localization of marketing materials into German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and other relevant languages. Support the creation of regional case studies, blog posts, and thought leadership content. Define target audiences, messaging, and campaign workflows across digital, email, and event channels. Monitor performance metrics (leads, MQLs, pipeline influence), optimize campaigns based on insights, and report outcomes to stakeholders. Collaborate with BDRs on campaign execution, lead follow-up, and performance reporting. Coordinate with global marketing peers on content, branding, and digital strategies. 25 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, technology, or transportation sectors. ~ Proven track record of trade show and event marketing as well as multi-channel demand generation campaigns. ~ Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines across different countries and markets. ~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in German or Spanish is a strong plus; Italian is also an advantage.
